这几天无所事事的，就打开之前所下载的一些跟人像摄影相关的照片。看看一些其他人的作品来提升自己的技术，同时我也趁这机会做一些纪录，把那些配件给列出来，好让我以后有机会拍摄人像时可以携带。

可能这些小小的配件不起眼，不过往往一张照片会变得更加有生气，更加吸引人，呈现出不一样的感觉就因为使用了这些配件来点缀。

Pantai Kerachut 29th Nov

Nov 29th - Pantai Kerachut Jungle trekking is begin, comprise of 25++ people, everyone arrive there almost at the same time, due to the drizzling since very early the morning, our departure time has been postpone 30min later. before that of cos everyone must get ready themselves with all the stuff like umbrella, food, drink and etc.... nevertheless they need to register under national park admin before we start the 'wetly ever trekking'

at the beginning, the trek is flat and everyone still enjoy themselves... chating
for me, i can listen they laughing when i was taking photo at far back....
in fact, the road is getting tougher and the weather is turn to VERY BAD which out of our expectation, as u can see at the photo below
btw, what they doing there?
oh.. ya, is breakfast and we bring a lot of food!!!!!
everyone is enjoy and share the food among all... unfortunately, we not able to finish until we carried out a so call 'chor tai D ruling' game to finish it... those participant who draw the smallest and biggest number need to finish up the food with no reason, our objective is NO WASTE.

i think we have a lot of fun and interaction within companies to companies, ppl to ppl, every1......

at the end, i would like thank to all of u, thank for support as this is my first time carry out such an event with almost 30ppl of us.... i have a great and wonderful time with all of u, really enjoy every seconds eventhough the Weather is not welcoming us but end up we still can make it rite?

at first i plan to have minimum of 8ppl to carry out the event, but since last 3 days, the participant increase rapidly from 18 to 27 above people.... all come from SPANSION, RENESAS, IQ, ALTERA etc... omg... out of my expectation..
but half of them is categories as UNKNOWN in my friendlist...

i am ready and looking forward it...

Pantai Kerachut

I would like to propose a half day trip to Pantai Kerachut, Teluk Bahang.

From the image showing below, u guy can find that the distance from jetty (begin point) to Pantai Kerachut (destination) is around 2.6KM in Line of Sight. Unfortunately, the real case wont be so perfect and easy as u think, we need to hike over and over some hills, past through forest and rest points and the walk path is not in straight line of course.. let estimate we take 1.5 hours to reach there, fair enough for girl also rite?

Event: Half Day Trip to Pantai Kerachut

Date: 29^th Nov 2008, Saturday (firm)

Time: 7am – 8pm (13 hours)

Due Date: 20th Nov 2008

After some brief discussion, I would like to propose some options.

Plan as below:

7.00am Meet at Teluk Bahang Jetty and Registration (boat reservation as well)

7.30am Start hike from Jetty

9.00am Reach Pantai Kerachut and rest

10.30am Lunch Time (we can bring a lot of food like what we did in ZJ birthday)

12.00pm Free and Easy, can think to carry out some activity such as

1. Visit to turtle hatchery site

2. Visit to the Meromictic Lake(although I see the lake is dried out soon)

3. Playing some games

4. Photo session

5. Rest under the hut or jetty

6. Makan Hours

2008-Oct-31, we celebrating Halloween nite at one of the German Restaurant, InGolf's Kneipe located at Tanjung Bungah. Actually this dinner is a gathering of my buddies as well as a celebrate promoted of one of them... :p
the restautant is highly recommended by kok zhi and I because we used to take dinner there once before yet many friends also recommend this restaurant... why dont we take a try on it?
Luckily our organizer, Kok Zhi made an advance table booking if not i think we couldnt make it happen....
friday evening, all of us leave company around 530-630, in fact we got 2 batches and first batch leave at 530 because some of them need some refreshment and second batch included me will stay back til 630pm only come out from company and our dinner start by 8pm or earlier.

overall the car is not bad, but can be improve in term of the way to carry out the event.
maybe due to the limited of space, the car is not much, expecially the drifting part. it's too small yet very risky to those visitor who stand near to the fence. by putting some cone in the middle, i dont think it's attractive and good idea to show off the skill, it's just spin the wheel infact.

one issue to mention one of the official camera man, just because with his PASS, act like very gao gao and yet lansi lanyong.... this kind of attitude, shame on him.... sob sob.

today i ter-wake up on 5.30am, maybe due to the excitement of going photo outing in butterfly farm, this is the first time i go for photo outing since i started working but that time i still can listen to rain drop, this totally bring me down and i lost my soul, because the plan will cancel due to bad weather.
finally the time has come, by 830am, i able to see the sun rising and light from cloudy sky, rain stopped, freshly air and environment. of course, i have to wake up the piggie in case she cant wake up and get ready on time. in 9.30am, we heading to our destination and reach there around 1030am, as what we planned. tiger choco biscuit and apple aloe vera as my breakfast provide by piggie...
when reach there, I have the following conversation with cashier

me: 2 adult with 1 camera
(because from the website stated camera got extra charge)
cashier: are u come here for photography?
me: yes.
cashier: then u show me ur IC, and i help u register
(i was curious, wondering why need to register for entry, as what i know, malaysian got 50% of entry ticket discount)

after a while, the cashier pass me a competition form and return back my IC and ask us to follow her to go to the auditorium.
by that time i only realized currently they having a 1 month event, photography competition.
there are a lot photographers and most of them with full gear, 2 flash, macro flash, i can see many tamron SP-90mm.
they actually divided to 4 differences theme if not mistaken, for this week theme's is known as FACE. and those registered photographers are allow to join the competition.
after 2 hours there, i got some homeworks to share here.

Butterfly Farm Outing

coming saturday photo outing at butterfly farm, teluk bahang, penang island.
opening hours from 9am - 6.00pm for weekend

since many many years ago til now, 2008, finally i going to step into the farm again,
now everything are ready, just left
a good macro lens from Mr. Goh
a sunny weather from Mr. God

first planning is 900-930 go for breakfast and 1030 morning meet at the farm.
2-3 hours duration in the farm not over right? i am thinking to take many route inside the farm in order to capture sumthing unique that we might missed out at earlier.

this is a good opportunities and i might say it also a very good practical course to learn how to capture macro photo.

accessories must bring.
1. EOS 450D which been keep inside the safety box for few weeks.
2. 100mm Macro USM equip with a silence motor and sharp focusing.
3. Tripod as a full time stabilizer to capture a sharper and blur free photos.

Orientation

after 1 month i join my company, today and tomorrow i having my orientation which i attended twice before.
the first week i start work in here, i thought that i can escape from this suffering activity (boring orientation) until today, HR trigger out an email and 'catch' me into the loop, forced to attend to the orientation.
omg!
8.00- 9.00 free breakfast, walao.. 1 curry puff and plate of fried mee to fill up my empty stomach. cold and dried. but wat to do, free wat!
last time they will give out an rm2 voucher and eat what u wan to but extra pay by oneself. i prefer that way! atleast can get a better food?

9.00-10.00 all about spansion! yes, my company is a leader in flash memory solution, last time was joint venture of AMD and Fujitsu since 30++ years ago. Penang is one of the FMO plant established since 1972. total of 1900++ employees. i am one among of them.
basically telling a history of Spansion.
after the first session presentation, now is Plants Window Tour.

11.00-12.00 come to security section. nothing special to highlight but about the carpool..
the officer tell us do not abuse the facility and benefit of carpool which i used to do so...
paiseh la.... i really need it only do it... haha.. mostly on friday.... need a longer break and relax lunch.

1200-13.00 lunch time, now come to 2 dishes and fruits.
talking about the food, the curry chickend and lady finger... hmmp.... with white rice... OMG!!! that is my worst lunch ever have since i join in. again.. FOC mah...
fruit.. err.... my colleagues were waiting me to get the free fruits.. omg... so funny but got curly hair in... wakaka.. luckily i didnt take any of it. the syrup water is sour in stead of sweet... :P

13.00-14.00 Assembly section, and follow by Quality til end of day.
but anyway, i still have to finish a weekly yield report before go off...

Teambuilding in PSDC

tomolo will attend to a teambuilding activity organize by company to those new employees.

wakaka... takkan ni teambuilding is WEIGHT GAIN programme?
it's doesnt matter since i am 'running a weight gain program' currently.. LOL
seem the facilitator run to KL already... :(

btw, some rumor spread around regarding my company will shut down during the depavali week but rumor still a rumor, now already comfirm everything work in fine and proceed as normal.

recently many company especial those MNC in Semi Con field really facing a economic proble due to the impact of share market.
i just want to stay comfort for coming 2 years....
