51th Malaysia National Day Eve Countdown

31th Aug 2008, Malaysia 51th national day anniversary...
this is a bit different as compare with last time. the countdown party no longer held at padang kota, esplanade but KOMTAR.... one of the landmark of Penang State. During morning, i went up to the top of komtar
but during night, i went to a 22th floor apartment? condo? flat to take those photos.
at first 50min before 12am, just three of us, CC, Goh and I there.... and 30mins later.... hmm.... top 3 floor full of photographers. and only one photographer who remind me the scenario at esplanade. got 1 guy who like to act gao gao 'master-alike' in front of us...
ok.. i am fine with it.... those photographers who really very keng, experienced but doesnt mean other people dont know. he not even set up his gear but keep talking what setting to use, this and that....
i just felt annoying all the while...
i willing to listen and learn more but just behave the attitude when talking to stranger.... he do not know i dont have remote control or wired shutter release, always repeat the word bulb mode... pls la... if i use bulb mode with shutter button... what going on with my picture?
hmm... over d....
interested in coming new year eve.... look forward it

today i went to komtar with friend, just want to take a look on the stage whereby tonite they having a national day countdown party... and suddenly have a bad idea in my mind. go up to 60th floor, the highest point of view of Georgetown, top of komtar (although sumwhere else restricted is higher).... at first i asked the guard how to go up to 60th floor and he just bring us to the lift and immediately we reached 60th floor in few seconds of time..... i know there is some price to pay for entry but the cashier told me.. RM15 per person.... oh no..... too late d rite? takkan patah balik so stingy meh?
boh huat.... paid and go in take a look... inside is empty and full of chair and sofa....
and we start take photo.... suddenly the cashier come in and tell us there are free coffee and she saw us taking photo... she said.. dont take photo, because many foreigner come here and took photo, and they found out all the phots taken were dark and end up they scold the cashier...
haha... but see, what i got above? ok wat... not like wat she described to us.... just some reflection.. which cannot be avoid....
penang is beautiful.. i love penang...

just realized that quite some time didnt take photo of flower or other than portrait.
after breakfast, went to youth park and i able to have these 2 flowers because it attracted my attention when i walk by.
