What penangites needed?

tell me penangites....
Are u affordable to buy a super condo / bungalow that worth more than RM1 million?
as u can see.... within last few years until now.... how many super condominium are in progress, but tell me....
izzit all / most the units are belong to penangites? or foreigners?
please.... this is not we want....
i choose to stay in a medium cost house without paying extra life expenses rather than living in a super condo or high cost house by paying extra cost for fuel, tol fee, expensive economy rice and even having a supper in mamak stall, we still need to pay extra service charge.
dont u think that those project or so called over development in Penang are not what our as Penangites wishes?

I dunno why some of them think their are rich but definitely not me for now...
dont be selfish.... i know many of u wan to live comfortably and i do so...
and who say penangnites not rich enough to buy million dollars apartment... but how many of them are really afford it?

as u Pro-BN, u will never change the Penang, forever.... or maybe u wan to be astronaut in future.
Today, as our new penang CM announced that saman send out under MPPP and MPSP are become invalids...
This might not know as a big benefit to Penang, somehow this is a new begin of Penang....

We want develop the Penang with All the Penangites, but not Over-Develop with outsider....
